Established May 2004 as a joint venture company with experienced partners in the industry Kilmartin Property Group and King Homes, Sovereign House Developments is led by joint Managing Directors, Colin McLachlan and Jim Harkins.

With over 40 year's experience in the house building sector in a number of major and national companies the directors combined skills with the backing of two strong partners means Sovereign House Developments is set to be a key player in the Scottish Residential market.
